My baby boy

Israel just had his 4 month check up today. I can't believe it's already been four months! He's such a big boy now. He Weighs 15 1/2 lbs. and is over two feet long. 2 feet and two inches to be exact. The Dr. says he's prefect! The only thing that needs work is his sleeping habbits. I guess I've begun a "night time feeding" habbit. She says he should be sleeping through the night and isnt. so these past few days I've been following the rule and it seems to be working. now he only eats once at night and manages to fall back alseep when he wakes up every few hours. If only I could get his dad to follow the rules too. Manny cant help but to sleep with him in our bed. I dont like closing the store because by the time i get home they are both crashed out. oh well what can you do...

Diaper Cake

My friend Erin has a little baby girl on the way and for her baby shower my friend Claudia and I made a diaper cake. I was so proud of us! I feel so crafty which I'm clearly not. It was super easy and now I have a life time gift for any other baby shower that comes along. SO if you become pregnant you know what to expect.

p.s. dont mind the date on all of my pictures. the screen on my camera is broken so I dont know how to change it and I also cant see what I'm taking a picture of :)

So on our day off we decided to go to Wheeler Farm. My friend took me there and I loved it and wanted to share it with Manny. Normaly it's hard to convince him to do anything (i.e. walking ) so i was super excited when he agreed to go and feed the ducks. The only catch was he wanted to take his motorcycle. So the baby and I packed up in the car and Manny fallowed on his bike. Silly boy. The weather was so nice. Manny got a kick out of all the ducks that were his new bestfriends. At one point I thought they were gonna attack me because he kept throwing the bread at my feet!

Crazy saturdays

Well this was my first crazy saturday since returning to work, and man did i get my ass kicked! BUT I did win the gift card for the most MCCs HoRay!! I'm so glad I have a great team to work along side with. without them I'd fall flat on my face by the end of the day.

Thanks for taking the time to read my blog. This first post is to catch u up on whats going on in our lifes. Manny and I had our first son on January 24, 2009. His name is Israel Manuel. We are proud mommas and pappas. He's now Three months old and growing everyday. Everyone says hes much bigger then they'd expect. He's kicking like a soccer start and talking like a great debater. I've just returned to work, and am trying to figure it all out.
